Refund policy

We have a 48 Hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customer must have full parcel opening video without cut and pause showing the defect or damage in that video it self

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All our products are returnable as per our Returns Policy and you need to Contact us within 48 hours for us to approve your return request. After 48 hours requesting will not be accepted 

Sale items are non exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange or return on sale items or gift cards.

Return
In case of a return, the customer will bear one-way shipping charges, while we will cover the other side. The shipping cost can either be deducted from the total order amount or paid separately online by the customer.

Exchanges
We offer an exchange for your returned product by sharing a refund Store Credit/Coupon. Once we share the refund coupon code, you can place a new order on the website and make the payment equivalent to the amount of your returned product using the refund Store Credit/Coupon. 

Refunds
We offer refunds only in the form of Store Credit/Coupon. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned.  Prepaid order returns are given a full value of the product price they had paid for their order, 

We initiate a refund once the returned product has reached us in its proper condition along with the tags. You will be receiving your refund coupon code (RCC) within 48 hours of return received at our warehouse
